1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at support@casevenue.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale

Customized or personalized products
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email support@casevenue.com with a clear photo of the issue.
5. Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item unless the product was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your payment provider.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email support@casevenue.com.
